Refund and Return Term

We truly want you to be happy with your learning journey! Here's how our refund process works:

Within 7 Days: You must submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the program. This is regardless of how much course material you've consumed. Please note, no refund will be provided under any circumstances after the 7-days period.
Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment has been processed for your program, we'll arrange a refund via the same payment method used within 10 working days after you've submitted the return request.
